Who we are

Brand K9 is a dog training business run by Josh Brand (Brand K-9 Ltd), serving Suffolk and Essex. You can contact us at Josh@brandk-9.co.uk or 07780 646612.

What we collect

When you book a call, message us on WhatsApp, email us or sign up for the free mini course, we receive the details you give us, such as your name, contact details and information about your dog. We use this only to reply to you, provide training and keep in touch about it.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit this site and which pages and buttons are used. It only sets cookies if you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are used. You can change your choice any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your information. We use trusted services to run the business, including Calendly (bookings), WhatsApp, Stan Store and Kit (free course and email), and Google Analytics. These services process information on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it to provide training and support, or where the law requires us to keep records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email Josh@brandk-9.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
