What if it doesn't work?

If we agree on outcomes and your dog doesn't get there, Josh keeps working with you.

If the agreed training outcomes aren't achieved, Josh continues working with you free of charge, provided the agreed programme terms and owner responsibilities have been followed. It is the same conditional guarantee as the Boot Camp.

Aggression and severe anxiety are excluded. No programme can promise to completely remove every behavioural issue, and Josh won't pretend otherwise. Full terms are confirmed on your call.

Residential is open to dogs from anywhere in the UK

Your dog's training takes place at Josh's home in Suffolk and Essex. Because your dog lives with Josh for the programme, you do not need to live nearby, and owners have travelled from as far as Scotland. Coaching sessions can take place online, nationwide. Every Residential programme includes one private owner coaching session for each week of your dog's stay: 3 sessions with the 3 week programme and 4 sessions with the 4 week programme. All included private owner coaching sessions must be used within 3 months of your dog returning home. Lifetime WhatsApp support is separate and continues beyond this period.

Is WhatsApp support really for life?

Yes. Both Residential programmes include lifetime WhatsApp support for ongoing training questions, guidance and advice.

Do you work with reactive dogs?
